1. All Sales Are Final
All appliances sold by Appliance Reliance Outlet are scratch-and-dent, open-box, refurbished, or discontinued models.
Each unit is sold as-is and all sales are final once payment has been processed and the unit leaves the premises.
Before purchase, customers are strongly encouraged to:

Inspect the appliance in person.

Test basic functions (when possible).

Verify model specifications, dimensions, and compatibility with their home (doorway clearances, power type, gas/electric connection, venting, etc.).
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted due to cosmetic imperfections, sizing issues, or customer preference changes.
2. Defective Upon Delivery or Pickup
In the rare event that an appliance fails to operate correctly within 48 hours of pickup or delivery, please contact our store immediately.
We will perform a diagnostic inspection to determine whether:

The issue is covered under our limited service warranty (see Section 4 below); or
-
The problem is due to installation error, misuse, or other external causes (in which case service fees will apply).
Customers must:

Report operational issues within 48 hours.

Retain their original sales receipt.
-
Return the appliance in the same condition (no damage, modifications, or missing parts).
3. Exchanges (When Approved)
Exchanges may be approved only at management’s discretion and only when:

A verified defect is confirmed by a technician.
-
A comparable replacement appliance is available in inventory.
If no suitable replacement is available, store credit may be issued for the product value only—delivery, installation, and service fees are non-refundable.
4. Limited Service Warranty
Some appliances include a 30-day limited service warranty for functionality issues not caused by customer damage, misuse, or improper installation.
This warranty covers:

Parts and labor for repair of covered mechanical or electrical defects.
This warranty does not cover:
-
Cosmetic defects (dents, scratches, finish issues).

Damage from improper transport, voltage mismatch, or water intrusion.

Negligence, abuse, or unauthorized repairs.
-
Units relocated after purchase without proper reinstallation.
If warranty service is needed:

Contact Appliance Reliance Outlet to open a service request.

A technician will inspect and determine coverage eligibility.

Covered repairs will be performed at no charge; non-covered issues will be billed at standard service rates.
5. Delivery, Installation & Pickup

Delivery and installation fees are non-refundable once service has been performed.

The customer is responsible for ensuring proper access (doorways, stairs, hallways).
-
Failed delivery attempts due to access limitations may incur additional fees.
-
Appliances must be removed carefully to prevent damage to walls, floors, or fixtures.
6. Deposits & Holds
Deposits placed to hold an appliance are non-refundable after 24 hours.
If an appliance is not picked up within 7 days, the hold may be released and the deposit forfeited.
7. Electrical, Gas & Water Compatibility
Customers are responsible for verifying that their home’s:

Power outlet type and voltage match the appliance.
-
Water lines and drainage are functional.
-
Gas connections meet safety standards.
Appliance Reliance Outlet is not responsible for incompatibility issues, home wiring, or plumbing modifications.
8. Management Approval
Any exception to this policy (refunds, exchanges, or store credits) must be:

Approved in writing by store management, and
-
Processed within 10 business days of purchase or request.
9. Policy Agreement
By signing the sales receipt or completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges:

They have inspected the appliance and accept it as-is.
