At Appliance Reliance, every service begins with a professional diagnostic to accurately identify the problem before any repairs are made. Our technicians perform a complete inspection of your appliance, checking components, power supply, and system performance. Diagnostic Fee: A flat service fee is charged to cover the technician’s trip, time, and full appliance evaluation. Repair Costs: Once the issue is diagnosed, we provide a detailed estimate before proceeding with any work. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the total repair cost—you pay only for parts and labor. If you choose not to proceed, the diagnostic fee simply covers the visit and professional assessment.
